@Jeff Jarry reef Nice DIY algae scrubber. This is a female so sorry for the dumb questions.

The unit will be placed where under your cabinet?

I see the water goes up into the PVC pipe, and then flows onto the plastic mat where it gets hit with two lights. Where does the water exit?

You can't see it in the picture but it has two bulk heads on the other side one 1" and one 1/2 " for emergency drain in case the 1 drain gets stopped up
