I've seen a few hybrid centropyge angels recently, and got to thinking - I wonder if a green mandarin dragonet (sychiroptopus splendidus) and a target dragonet (Sychiroptopus picturatus, I think) might hybridize, and what the babies might look like. Sound like an experiment worth trying?

Good question

I don't think it's impossible tho. I have mandarins in my tank that find there own food. They don't eat what I feed the tank...

They do mate as well once a month the female gets really fat and a few days later so skinny I think she might die. And I've seen them do there mating dance so amazing... I think I will try to get a male and female of the 2 different types and see what happens

I might just have to give it a shot...
I've never taken care of eggs, though :/
Suppose I could learn how :)

Can't find the vid, but there have been pairs but no babies from what I know.... I would go for it if I had the resources!
