Just got a little juvenile kole tang, but he isn't eating. He looks fine and pecks all day at the rocks but is not taking food. When should I start to worry?

You can try turning the pumps off during the next feeding. The food list you have looks fine. LRS makes some meaty foods my fish go crazy for it. Try Nori if you haven’t already

If it is getting algae from the rocks I wouldn’t worry about it. My white tail didn’t eat any offered food for a couple weeks, picked rocks all day though. Still have it 3 years later and it eats along with everyone else during feeding time, then goes back to picking.

Try Nori or even caulerpa if you have a refugium. My Naso tang would only eat grape caulerpa for weeks. He graduated to nori and now eats everything. You just have to work with them. If he is picking on the rocks that's good.

Been more than 3 days. Mysis, brine, worms, pellets. Gonna try to find live foods at a lfs next
Live brine almost always works, if your store has it.

That group of tangs don't always eat the best. They naturally eat different things than most other tangs.
