I was hoping someone could help me out? I have a kalk pump and stirrer that I would like to program based off PH. I was trying to have it stir for two minutes every two hours. Then have the pump run when the PH is low. I would not want to run the pump when the stirrer is on or the sump is too high, based on an Neptune LLS. Photos attached of what I got but it's not running. Any help would be appreciated.

Few thoughts,

Which Kalk reactor?

Controlling via PH is a recipie for disaster for Alk and Cal levels. You should be dosing what you need based on those levels not PH.

Starting and stopping the motor is going to kill it much faster than just running it. I have an Avast kalk reactor and its been spinning for over a year now only stopping to clean it. It even says stir all the time in the instructions because the kalk can bunch up and make it harder to spin.

Controlling anything off of a LLS is scary. I have a few and use them for a reference only, they are far from reliable enough to control off of in my opinion. I use float switches in my return section and its been a reliable setup for 10 years.

As far as your program goes...

You called out "IF output kalkstir", I dont think this is correct. You should just be able to do "IF kalkstir = On" Thats probably why its not working is my guess. Also You can just get rid of that line. Its not like the stirrer causes massive clouds or anything.

I tried this approach and failed. What I ended up doing is using a kamoer with my avast and dosing an amount every hour instead of continuous dosing based on my evaporation rate. So 1200 ml with most in the 8-hour period in the evening to keep pH up. You could do this with the Dos if you have it instead. Besides, pH is high during the light hours anyway and I dose my 2 part during that period.
