Kalkwasser drip pump?

Just wondering, as I set up my kalk stirrer again yesterday. I am able to drop it, but I was attempting to get maybe a 1 drop per every 3 seconds drip rate.. I have a powerhead pushing the stirrer, but I cannot seem to get a drip that did not slow down over time?

I figured it would be easy, just like with my calcium rector to use a small sicce to push it, but it isn't quite working out that way..

Any suggestions for a pump, or is it possible that I have my control valve in the wrong location? Right now,I have it as the drip outlet. Should I move it, to before the kalk stirrer, but after the pump outlet?
