I installed a sulfur reactor about two weeks ago. Everything is running good except I can’t keep a constant drip rate. I have a fairly good valve ( I think) that allows me to fine tune but if I set it to
about 1 drip per second it eventually slows down. Anyone has solution to my problem.

Maybe there’s a better valve I should be using.

Update: still have the same issue and it’s caused by trap air. Every 3-4 days I open the valve for 10 seconds and the air escapes trying to figure how to add an air bleed valve

I am building one... I plan on using a versa peristaltic pump like I use on Cal reactor.Push water in and let it free flow out. This way you can control the drips.
Do not put a value on the line out from the reactor.

I had that same problem with my Aquamaxx Unit I just checked it whenever I was doing everything else I do on a daily basis to the equipment/Tank , not running it now though Going to put it up for sale at some point

I have a valve on output. Why not?

Update: been about 6 weeks and my drip is about 30 drips per min. Close to a continuous flow. I hoping in about 2 weeks I can pretty much keep valve open. My nitrates hover around 10. It started at over 50.
