Kamoer career upgrade

I upgraded the software of my kamoer and now I am getting the wrong kh results, before I was getting 8.8 and now 1.2. I reset it, recalibrate it and it says parameter no between range. Anyone have problems with the kamoer carrer.

Also the machine ask me to calibrate once a month all of the pumps. And have problems every time I change reagent.. is anyone having this same issue?

Tough question.. you can try their support, hopefully this bump will get you more replies. Noticed this thread was up awhile so a bump is necessary.

Thanks, I contacted them and the new software update has been the issue the app still not work and it have not been resolved since I posted this issue.

I asked them, and after a week they said the fix the software with the new upgrade and now the kamoer either test always 15kh or get stuck testing all day until I reset the machine.

I am still waiting for the last reply but already 2 weeks without being able to use it.

Do you have the updated thinner lines for the test reagent or are they thicker lines?

I received a unit with the old thick lines but after getting replacement thin lines, kamoer had to update my unit to work properly with the new thinner dia tubing.
