Issues signing into Hydros today?

I’m having issues signing into the Hydros app today. It’s not giving me the option to use biometrics. When I enter my password, it says it’s incorrect. Then the pop up to reset password is not there.

Anyone else having this issue?

To make it clear, I cannot get signed in to see anything. That’s the issue

No, no change. I am really going to work on troubleshooting this weekend and if I figure something out, I’ll share.

I think it’s an issue with the app, but who knows.

The app has been making me manually sign in each time. it's pretty annoying, but no password issues.

Mine was not working either, had to go on the web and use forgotten password workflow to fix.
