Issues signing into Hydros today?

I’m having issues signing into the Hydros app today. It’s not giving me the option to use biometrics. When I enter my password, it says it’s incorrect. Then the pop up to reset password is not there.

Anyone else having this issue?

No, no change. I am really going to work on troubleshooting this weekend and if I figure something out, I’ll share.

I think it’s an issue with the app, but who knows.

The app has been making me manually sign in each time. it's pretty annoying, but no password issues.
