Hi, I was wondering if anyone else was putting the waste back into the tank? I was at my Local fish store and they put it directly back into the tank. I’ve been putting it into another container. Thanks!

I put it back into the tank without issues.

I just got one and am wondering the same thing. I can’t imagine having a waste container around to empty. I bought it used. Any suggestions as to whether I should do a factory reset on it?

Definitely should and go through the entire recalibration process.
