What price did they quote you for it? And where are you located? I've been looking for them, but hard to find in the US.

Maven is only going to measure 5 parameters. And they're having issues with it now. It was planned to be released 16 months and clearly wasn't ready.

This isn’t ready yet either correct? Many people having issues with accuracy or was that fixed? Plus no support in USA

It's been at retail stores and selling, just not in thw USA. You can purchase from a vendor on Ebay that claim Kamoer affiliation. You can also purchase direct for Kamoer. But support is the issue I believe. I've seen threads where users are happy with it and have gotten rid of previous automated testers. Everyone will have their own options. Pretty positive this will be better than my current Trident. It needs calibration every freakin' 2-3 weeks.

the local distro did the upgrade for me to have the cleaner function and i kept getting the error : reaction chamber 1 error

I paid $1843 but also bought 3 extra sets of reagents. Nothing additional after it cleared customs.

do not buy this . took so long per test and inaccurate result , the ticket function - ai not ready for prime time . i have been complaining non stop . ending up now i am asking for refund . this journey have been nothing short of nightmare

I have been using the Kamoer ReefMaster SPA for a month (without NO2 and NO3; the reagents arrived a week ago, but I need to pick them up). So far, everything seems stable and okay. Push notifications don’t work, and the app could be a bit better (i.e., error details are not displayed), but these are not huge problems.

Here's my experience 6 months later: there are always some problems, such as errors in the device or issues scanning the new reagent (the app returns an error). They fix all of them, but it's definitely not a "set it and forget it" experience. Accuracy is not perfect, also. It's not useless, but I wouldn't buy it again. I would probably try something else.

Yeah, I get support by asking the distributor to contact them. I don't have direct access, but he's cool, luckily.

Question for you, recently received my SPA tester and as the setup shows I only added 1 packet of the additional reagent and 5ml of fluid to the NO3 pouch. According to the machine/app display when doing this, it said to do it one at a time but I also seen something showing to mix in all six packets, So which is it or does it matter?

One pack and 5ml, then shake the bag. Try to avoid adding too much airas it seems.the liquid oxitade fast.

Just unscrew add the powder and liquid and close.

Reset the counter in app, wait till you get the new notification and repeat.

Just bumping this thread. They just released a huge update for the spa. Alarms work right now. It now retests like it’s supposed to when values are out. There’s detailed explanations for fixing error codes now!!! Much better self diagnostics too. This is how it should have been on release, lol. No3 can also be manually calibrated too.

How accurate/precise is it?

It did, but this unit was initially built 2 years ago with features such as this that they are just now fixing. That shouldn't be the case.
