Kamoer X2SR setting up issue with wifi

Hi, I am trying to set up the Kamoer X2SR, but the “Kamoer XXXX” is not showing up on my WiFi….

Yes I am using 2.4ghz and currently running two dosing pumps without issues

These are the instructions that Kamoer sent me
Good morning, pls try the below instruction

1. Turn on mobile data in mobile network settings

2. Find the personal hotspot settings in the phone settings, set the hotspot SSID

to ali_mprov_ZL, and set the password to 111111111

3. Turn on personal hotspot.

4. Power on the dosing pump, operate the reset button to put the dosing pump into

the network distribution state, and then wait for the dosing pump to connect

automatically.

The blue light will stay on after success.

5. Find another mobile phone to connect to the personal hotspot, log in to the App,

and find it in the Local Devices list on the Add Device page.

To see the device, select Bind.

I change the routers name to ali_mprov_ZL, and Pw 111111111

One minute later I manage to pair the put with the app

has anyone have found success with this, i followed the steps time and time again, and the light shows up green solid but i never find the device in the local devices list
