Kamoer x5s doser

Has anybody used the kamoer x5s to perform auto water changes if so how long typically can it change out 5 gallons of water?

According to the specs, it will take approximately 8.5 hours to change out 5 gallons of water (37ml/min). Whether it's suitable or ideal for water changes is something I can't answer.
