Katherine’s wrasse with new dot on his head

Is this dot a disease ? I got the wrasse about a week ago and now this dot just appeared on his head. I’ll try to get a better picture however is there anything I should do?

Nah that part is normal just the dot on the top of his head

On serious note. I cant make out from pic but whatever I could see I didnt see anything alarming.

Take a pic with only white lights and it will look much better

This went away must have hit his little head ... poor little guy
