I filled the tank about an inch before the overflow and I’m looking at my water line and levels and the air bubble is not perfectly centered no longer but still within the lines of the level across all sides should I worry ?

Should I use the water line as my true reference point for level ? Currently I’m using the tanks top portion of glass but I’m thinking of measuring from the bottom of the glass to the water line it has currently. I figured the pressure might of shifted the flooring underneath since it’s luxury vinyl plank sitting on tile flooring, home has concrete foundation

You level the stand with shims before Water goes in.
My ext 170 was off 1/2" from one end and 1/4" front to back.
I used wood and plastic shims to get it level and also shimmed the crossbars for the sump.
There is no other way to do it.
Here's a pic.

I’m off by mm it seems like 1-2 at most, how did you determine the level reference point ? Just placed the level on the glass ?

Okay well a buddy of mine has a jeep and I used his jack with a wood beam and adjusted the tank it’s more level now but I won’t mess with it no more just put shims on a corner

Man hard to nail it down I’d say 1.031 using a refractometer
Did you calibrate it? I couldn't get my refractometer (new brs) to hold a set number. I went with a tropic marin hydrometer. It's a bit more involved but you can trust the numbers.

Yeah I did, my LFS will test for free however I’d like to be in range prior to making the drive
