Keeping snails

I can’t get a snail of any kind to live more than a few hours. Now I have lost my urchin too. My corals look good and are growing. Any ideas what I should be lookin for?

Is there anyway copper got into the tank?

I would run some carbon and get an icp. It’s not your parameters.

No copper that I know of. I thought too of an Icp test.

Your best bet is to do an ICP test to see what is in your tank's water

Food would be the issue if they are dying in hours.

My corals look good and are growing.

That is interesting because a lot of the problems that it could be (Broken refractometer, copper, ect...) Would kill corals.

Where do the snails and urchin come from
