Kenya attacked?

I noticed my Kenya tree wasnt doing to well today. I've had this peice to close to my Acan lords I think. Does it look like it is dying?

I've seen the Kenya close up pretty tight before but not quite like this.

remember, they will shed from time to time...Its stalk still looks plump...im sure hes fine.
