I wasn't sure if the coral would make it. After a stray voltage incident in my tank the kenya tree lost all its branches. This is the only stem that made it this far.

Camera phone pics but enough to get the idea. Anyways... I am going to document its come back or die off which ever it is. Its been a few weeks since incident and in the last few days the stem has started standing up from about 1/2 mast to completely straight up. I am hoping this pulls through and can show how resilient some corals are even after being shocked to mush as was the case in my tank.

I took that pic last night.. and this morning I actually saw a couple polyps on the stalk just below the knob on the end.. I think it will live also just wanted to document the regeneration so some will know there is HOPE after a crash for some corals atleast.

those things dont ever die, you could put it under your pillow for a week and throw it in your tank and it would still probaly grow !!! 8)

I kinda wish mine would die..... and I am one of the lucky ones who have never had it drop a piece in the nearly 3 years I have had it.....

If yours dies somehow I could probably ship you mine dry, standard usps and it be fine for pretty cheap lol

I just had an incident in our 30g.

I took out the 2 small power heads and replaced them with my stronger one and it was working great there for 2 minutes then all the sudden the wires started bubbling right where they go in the unit.

Flame scallop seems traumatized along with my Kenya and pulsing Xenia. The cleanup crew and all the other corals and fish are fine though. The Xenia is lying down like your first pic of the tree and our tree is tiny now. Not that they are my favorite corals but my girlfriend was bummed out and blames me for it :(

Of course I was ok, or she would have asked me if I was ok right? Lol

The first 2 pics are obvious but in pic 3 you can see the frag plug in comparison to that grayish pink blob slightly above it.
