Really. It could be. My LFS sold it to me as a Kenya tree but who knows. They told me those mushrooms are Deadpools as well

Those shrooms and not Deadpools, they are just nice bright red Discosomas.

On another note, it looks like you have a ton of red Planaria flat worms. They will cover everything and kill corals by blocking out the light. You need a wrasse like a six line or Melunarus in there to destroy them. Manual removal by sucking them out. Lastly use Flat worm exit.

Yeah I had a melunarus that ate everything like crazy. I only just noticed those flat worms once I got rid of everything. I only have a couple rocks left
