Kessil A360w tuna blue, LIGHT ONLY - I am at least the second owner and I've used it pretty hard for about two years now. As of a month ago, PAR reading right below the water with it was like 320. $175 shipped

Kessil gooseneck, $25. Sold separately only after the 360 is sold.

Kessil Controller, SPF $70 SPF. I can provide a micro-USB to USB cord for power, and a pair of fairly long 3.5mm cords, if you like.
