Kessil 360x mixed reef setting help?

Got a 32 gallon tank. Light is 6 inches off of the water. Sand is another 14 inches. What intensity are you guys setting your's at? And how long do you run peek hour's for?

Between 20-30% intensity and 25 and lower on the color spectrum for lps and softies.
