You'll need two of either. Two 160's should provide enough coverage. Two 360's would be better if you have the extra money.

This is pretty true. I'd do the two 360we's personally. If you decide to upgrade or downgrade from your current tank the 360we's will have the most use on other tanks. Plus you will have a good power output on your current tank that'll handle everything up to and including SPS well.
