Hey there!!

Wanted to get some opinions on me running a kessil A360we tuna blue on the minimum setting on my fluval 13.5g. I obviously know it is overkill, but I have an extra light as I am preparing for a main tank upgrade down the road so this would cost me virtually nothing. Do you think this will be too much? Any unforeseen issues you can think of?

The current stock is a toadstool leather, 4 rainbow BTA's, and some gsp.

Thanks!!

I don’t see a problem with using it, just measure the intensity and make sure it’s safe for your current corals and you’re good to go.

With BTA you can't run it on the lowest setting. Keep it about 7 or 8" above the water and at least 40% intensity (if not more). I keep mine at 95% for my BTA in a 90g
