Kessil AP700 won't turn on

I just moved houses and had someone move my tank. Light was working fine before the move but now I can not get it to turn. It doesn't look like it got damaged on move. Anyone know of anything that could have happened?

Also. How long can the fish live with no light?

Did you double check the connection after the converter/driver box? Fish will be fine without a light for a while.

Is it plugged into an actual outlet or controller? If controller make sure it's the right controller outlet. I've done that before!! Also make sure it's finding the network if you are controlling through the app. You may have to reset it and reinstall your programming. Happened to me the other day.
