Hi all. My kessil lights work but the black box(ballast??) stopped working. I plug the light in and it flicks on the off. I switch to another black box and the light functions perfectly. 2 questions.
1. Can I buy replacement plug boxes for these lights.
2. Is this normal and can I fix it.
Any advice is helpful.
Thanks.

You should be able to find a replacement power supply quite easily. Theres aftermarket ones that are compatible and i believe you can also buy them directly from kessil.

I would not attempt a repair. Just replace.

Usually fixable ( soldering skills, capacitor replacement, knowledge)
Usually not worth the bother.
What is listed on the switching power supply as to output?
X volts y amps or watts...
Voltage is important. Amps/ watts equal or more.
More us generally better.
