My Kessil (3) A350 tuna blue lights all flash on and off. They did not all start at the same time, but now turn on and off at different times, but every three or four seconds. Is this a light bulb problem? Is there anything I can do to correct this? They are probably ten years old.

Have you tried replacing the cords that connect them together? Sounds like a 12v problem. Another check is to not use a controller. See if they stay on.

Thanks tor your reply. What do you mean, try not using a controller?

Most people hook the lights to something like an Apex controller. They use the 12v port to control the lights. Ramps up and ramps down each day. I think your lights would be hooked together with what looks like a mini stereo jack.

If you have not done so already, send a support ticket or contact Kessil today. Granted it is Friday but it would not hurt to explain the problem, issue, and see what they suggest.

You mentioned they are about 10 years old. Obviously out of warranty. Have you taken them offline and away from the canopy to clean? Air out, remove dust, etc? Heat can be one potential issue that causes this.

Cables - would not hurt to check each cable connection and make sure they are secure.

What controller are you using for the Kessils? Are you using their Spectra X? The Wifi dongle? Is it one light or all? If it is one light and you have more can you move their position and connections and does the problem follow the light? Or the location?

These are the things I would check. 10 years though - that is a good run.

Not worked on the cords yet. My three lights have been plugged into a timer and then into a power strip, They have worked flawlessly for years. I did get a new power strip, more joules, and will hook that up next.
