The problem is the single point light just inst gonna bend around to the back side of a coral......unless physics has changed recently lol

I have been trying to do the exact thing for my tank mine is a custom 32"x 24" x 24" and I'm having shadowing issue I saw some interesting on options on you tube but also thought of buying a retrofit kit and making my own 2 channel T5 light on both sides of tank

17" off the water with the gooseneck mount?
Used to have it and did not find it to be able to raise any higher compare to Kessil mounting arm.

+1 on getting another 360W.

Yep the tank is only 30" long so the goose neck has no problem.
