Hello all.
I’m new to the hobby. Just completed my cycle and introduced my first pair of clowns.
Now I’m looking ahead and am curious what key test parameters I should be following to ensure I run a healthy and successful mixed reef system.
Granted, I’m still a few months out of adding corals, but I want to start working on and making sure my levels are where they need to be.

Feel free to add in your favorite testing brand as well!

TIA!

This is what I test now that my numbers are where I want them. Salinity, Alk, & Phosphate at least twice a week. Calcium once a month. Magnesium & Potassium once every three months.

When to mix up fish meal: When was the last time you tried a different brand of food for your reef?
