KH director fails after 1 week

Anyone else having these issues?

I’ve sent my kh director in 3 times. It will work for a week then completely fail and read alk of 0.3. I’ve paid for shipping 2/3 times and purchased 3 different probes. I’m tired. After it fails, the probe will not recalibrate and ADC values will show the same in both ph4 and ph7 and consecutive tests will show 0.3 alk. Each time it’s sent in they replace the mainboard. Any one have any insights or fixes to this? Am I doing something wrong?

Ordered June 2022, but I’ve been having this issue since Dec 2022. Had about 6mon of use. Not sure what your last sentence means
