I just set this up so I'm not super familiar with it. But I'm assuming this loud click is not normal...

I bought this from a fellow R2R member. He had included the dosing tubes but unfortunately hadn't drained them, so much of it leaked during shipping. Possible issue? Everything turned on at set-up though. Pumps calibrated and aren't making any noise.

Or is this clicking just par for the course?

Video won’t play on my Ipad.

It is possible, that you are using a ProfiLux and a Doser Standalone (not being set to Slave mode) to control your KH Director.
This constant clicking noise coming from the pinch valve can be caused by having 2 PAB-master devices.

The hierarchy is P4 > Powerbar 6E > D2.1 SA (set to slave) > D2.1 SA (set to slave) > Director

They are all under the PAB drop-down. (I can't 'attach devices' without changing them to slaves anyway)

Are you saying that setting might have changed?

No, it was just a thought out of the experience...
Make a ticket in our support-system as Vinny recommended.

I swapped the SA for a Slave Doser juuuust to make absolutely sure. Unfortunately it didn't change anything. Still waiting in a response from the ticket system. Hopefully we can figure it out soon. :/
