My KH director, i dont know what happened on it. Everything was ok, after a day, it was wrong, my KH is 7.7 and now it is 0.4 0.5 and 0.6 each check.

Does anyone have the same problem before? I tried to reset my device and do a test with ph 4 and 7, but when i put probe to ph4, the number is still 0.

So is there any problem with it? But it is strange, when i put back the probe, i see in KHDirector , ph still change, 2.8 ~ 3.5.

Sounds to me like your pH probe is no good. How old is the unit or pH probe?

I´ll think you need to recalibrate the electrode - start with that and see whats happens. Check your callibration data - they should somewhere like these (blue markings)

It should stop titrating at 4.3 (pretty close at least). Star the troubling shooting with a new calibration of both pumps and electrode

but when i put probe to ph4, the number is still 0.
This statement tells me something is not right with the pH probe, as Lasse said I would recalibrate the probe. If you can not get it to read pH of 4 and 7 when in the solutions, something is wrong with the probe and that should be investigated before you look at the calibration of the dosing heads.
