Hi all.

I have my KH Director setup to do two 100ml tests per day.

I have just glanced at my touch screen at it says 8.2dKH 37 hours ago.

Having checked the KH Director the tube has come loose from the reagent bottle.

Surely this should have generated a strange result and altered me?

I find it strange that it has been pulling no reagent and not noticed or alerted me?

Advice?

It would generates a titration takes too long message. Did you connect the tube and do a manual test, if it was 37 Hours ago means the unit has not been testing. Also did you enable Monitor Active (I am not sure if that alarms on titration takes to long)

Yes the monitor was active. I did not get an alarm.

I have since manually primed the lines and run another test and it’s working fine.

Just worrying that it stopped like that with no warning.
