That's great. I have found that most issues I've had with my GHL stuff have been user errors. Though due to some obscure setting or something not documented in the setup. So support is required. Unfortunate to say the least that they dropped off.

But I have also found that once it is set up and working, it is rock solid.

The run from tank to KHD is ~70 inches. I just got a test result of 10.1 which is way outside acceptable results, but at least it didn't time out this time.

I also have the filter in the sump, and it's securely held well under the water surface in the skimmer section so there is no deviating water levels.
whats this filter in the sump , I don’t understand , can you explain a bit

The KHD has a small in-line filter that goes on the end of the sample line that is in the sump. Most people use it, some don't. It keeps small particulate matter from getting to the KHD. My KHD came with it, so I used it.
