when changing password KH GUARDIAN does not open .Can anyone help, I have rebooted it several times. Nothing helps. I am tired of dealing with it, I bought it a month ago and I am still struggling with it.on facebook they advised to reboot and start again with Admin, but nothing happens

Factory reset:

Unplug power and hold button 3+4 while plugging power back

In the kh guardian group on facebook, I have already been advised this, I did it several times over two days, and nothing. Thanks for participating, I give up

That’s too bad, those folks are usually quite helpful.

I’ll agree it’s a little finicky getting going, but once it’s working it’s been great

Reach out on facebook to KH Guardian and request Alex. I’ve known him for years and he walked me thru any issues I had with mines. A++++ product and service

I've also read hold 3+4 , plug power back in, and wait for it to beep a couple times. after that power cycle it again.

I know I had to do this once with mine and it worked. Past that, you're gonna need Alex's help from that FB Group.
