KH Probe Extender? Is this correct?

Why would you need to extend the probe it connected to the back of the unit?

That would be the cable you would use to extend as it a standard BNC connector. Just not sure if it designed to be extended.

Maybe I’m not understanding it correctly then. Doesn’t the probe need to stay submerged in our tank? Well, the probe currently only goes 3’.
 
The KH director pH probe goes into the machine itself, not the tank/sump. No need to extend it.
 
Read the entirety of the KHD manual. It must really be securely (more than hand, less than crazy with a wrench) snug so it doesn't leak. I suggest mounting the KHD as the lowest equipment piece on the stack for that reason, should it ever occur.
