The ones in the picture are pretty large, around 5 inches each. Kinda unsure what these are

Is the opening round like a circle, or is it more oval/slit shaped? If it's round, it may be a Turritella sp. snail.

The opening is round, are these reef safe? I had been scratching my head over these

If it's round, then I'd guess it's a Turritella sp. - these are members of the Turritellidae family and are harmless filter feeders.
