I just received one of these today myself, it's not open yet but the skeletal structure is definitely branching with a massive cup for the polyp compared to the branch. Can't tell it from a regular frogspawn when closed. it was a WYSIWYG so I'll put their pic below, once my lights turn blue for the evening I'll know if I get mad at the amount of color correction in the photo:

Yeah they have very thick branches compared to other branching euphyllia that’s for sure, would be cool if a wall octospawn, king spawn, or frogspawn existed

I wonder if they cut it just below the cup and left the branch off, cause the large diameter base is correct for the one I received today, but there's still some. branch connected underneath.

I recently bought two of them at Oceanic Gardens for $130; everything has been fine so far after two weeks, though the color in the ad is more saturated—mine show lighter tones under T5s, with a bit of coloration under a Blue Radion.

Probably just a result of lighting differences, can also be still coloring up from shipping stress

It def has that polyp shape. Color is a little weak but it’s stressed. It’s a pretty coral though.

This is mine today.
The color is pretty spot on from the web page, but I am disappointed in the size.
It's about 1/2 the advertised size.
Hopefully it just needs a few days.

I think thats very accurate! My kingspawn has absolutely taken off in this little cove it made its home in. It was massive before but there was defineilty something behind very minimal flow for me! SO gorgeous!

Majority of true kingspwan are Aussie

It’s like wall octospawn. They will branch. Eventually. Takes years I would guess. Forms very large heads up to 4+”. I have skeletal pics of them closed. Wild stuff. Looks like a wall hammer. But they do eventually pinch off and divide. I’ve had single head kingspawn 6+ inches wide. Colors are unique also and not found in traditional frog/octo
