I’m really excited about this tank, I have a feeling it’s gonna be one of my favorites. My idea behind this tank is to keep it simple. My most successful tanks have been simple filtration, no skimmer, and live rock. That’s exactly what this will be.

Light - AI prime
Return pump- sicce 1.0
Lid - kraken (expensive but really nice!)

This tank started with a custom stand (finding a stand for a 25 in peninsula layout is tough). I built the sides and front to be removable with magnets. The top is a piece of walnut.

The tank came to life the last week in October. I combined a 7g and a 13g i had running. The rocks cape is done using some reef rock mortar I got off Amazon. It works awesome!

Not much of a cycle, with the established rock and sand. So far things are going well.

Still in an ugly phase with some Dino’s but that will pass soon.

The stocking list will be pretty heavy for this size tank. Probably 5 fish.

I got a pair of Picasso perculas off a Facebook group.

I also picked up a Midas blenny from a lfs. He’s a nice small size. He came in a little thin as most Midas biennies do. I’ve been feeding him a ton and he’s looking great after a few days.

They are currently in quarantine at full therapeutic copper, and acting like it’s no big deal! I think the clowns are actually thinking about spawning in copper!

Really nice, fish look great. 5 could be tough but if they are small and you keep up with export it is doable. I would suggest 15-20% weekly water changes. Good luck.
