Koralia EVO super backwards running machine!

Ok so I have had my Koralia 1400 evos on a redsea wavemaster pro and after them clicking while cycling on and off they now run in reverse non stop. I have read that Hydor would send out parts to correct this problem but I have e-mailed them 3 times over the course of the last month and a half I have even resorted to posting on their facebook page, but alas to no avail I have heard nary a word from them. Does anyone know of a customer service phone number I could call I have checked their website for one but havenot found it as of yet. I could just be blind though and didn't see it.

+1^ it has sumtin to do with locking in place the oldermodels didnt have it
