Thinking about getting one of these ? do they block the light at all & are they a Pia or a must have thanks.

I had one on my little 4.1g tank and loved it. Will be getting one for 25g lagoon soon. They are very nicely made and no they do not block any light. So many options that you can do to them with feeding cup and more. I definitely would suggest one.

I run one of theirs. Basically zero light blocking

Doesn’t block light or stop evaporation, still gets salt creep. I regret not going for a polycarbonate lid.

But if you want mesh this is good quality and mine fit perfect
