Stopped by Mingwei's place today during some free time on a business trip. I told him about a echinata frag that he had shipped me a few weeks back that had gotten stressed badly during shipping and had not survived. He proceeded to offer me a replacement frag free of charge to take back with me to Tennessee! I was so impressed with his customer service I had to share my experience with others and will definately continue to purchase my collectors' pieces from him.
