I did an ICP test, and I'm low in all of the elents found in both of these solutions.

Any particular thoughts on using them in general? Any thoughts on which is better?
 
Tidal Gardens
Which ever brand of trace elements you choose dose, start off with half of the recommended dose and then increase to full dose.
