You were either one of the good ones or one of the bad ones, for me to remember you. Which one was it? :P
Yeah, just thinking about sumps and reactors and junk is too much work, hah! I love keeping mine simple. I do weekly 2gal water changes on this baby and dose for alk, cal, and mag whenever needed. Regular water changes are the key!
I usually kept it on the down low there haha:nerd:
Yeah just tinkering with the sump level and making sure water is high enough for the simmer but low enough it wont flood is killing me haha. I hope I can keep my 60 cube simple as I continue to cycle and build it. Yes water changes make the difference lol. 2 gallons, thats it!!! Ahh I usually do 20g on my cube  maybe I should bring it down to 10g a week. I havent messed with dosing yet as I havent had a system the required it but will keep that in mind with my new build.
Keep those amazing pictures coming!

All that extra equipment would make me nervous, but its really helpful for larger tanks, yeah? For a 60gal tank, 10gal weekly wc would probably be fine!
I'll take more pics, but there's only so many time I post pics of the same corals before you guys'll get tired of seeing them, lol

The tank is 2 months old and I took a variety of FTSs to share! Also got a couple of new freebie sps frags, so I moved the red monti cap onto a magfloat (supported with eggcrate) and proceeded to clip several frags off their plugs and glue them to the rock. Redemption Island is looking good. :)

Before gluing the frags:

After gluing, still have a couple of frags on plugs, but they're encrusted:

Oh yeah, and my new (and my first ever) pom-pom crab! He has settled into the crevice behind the mushroom rock, but I can see him from the side of the tank pretty easily.

very nice and so clean
Thank you!

I keep posting in my photo thread and forget about my tank thread, heh. Here are a few new ones. The blue ones were night shots taken with an Orphek Azurelite:

New spongodes:

And here's the tank catching a ray of afternoon sunlight:

Thanks for looking! :)

I follow you on flickr and have enjoyed looking at all your photos. Great tank, I might have to get some tips when my macro comes off backorder.
