Hi everyone is burning coral eating worms with a laser that I brought for burning aphasia good idea thanks

I mean, go ahead and try it and report back?

I doubt you’ll do enough damage to them before they retreat to safety though. Wear eye protection!

To laser an aiptasia you need to have the beam fixed on a single spot for a while. I’ve heard up to 2 minutes. I would assume the worm upon feeling the smallest amount of discomfort would just move and hide

Thanks guys they didn't like it but had to remove the coral and pic them off in the end

Lasers can kill stuff in the aquarium but the thing I've never understood is how do you keep your fish from looking at the illuminated spot?
