last ICP results - lead alert but lead analysis is 0

in the help section I have got an alert on lead level but I can't found any correspondence in the data section where my lead analysis says 0,0.

what's wrong?

If the analysis is reading zero then that is correct, unfortunately certain browser plugins can cause problems with the Help tab.

Please try on a different browser.

Hi Tim, thanks for quick reply. Unfortunately no changes whit IE and Chrome both say lead issue in the help section

Ok no problem I will let the programmer know, like I say though if the data shows zero then it is zero so there is nothing to worry about.

Can you just tell me your ID so I can pass that on too.

Thanks, I have just checked the backend as well and I can confirm you have zero lead in your sample.
