SCIENTIFIC NAME – Chaetodon rafflesi

COMMON NAME - Latticed Butterflyfish

SIZE – 5.9" (15 cm)

MIN. AQUARIUM SIZE - 75 US Gal. (284 L)

FOODS AND FEEDING– The Latticed Butterflyfish feeds on suitably chopped marine fish, crustacean flesh, mysid shrimp, and frozen preparations. Should be fed a minimum of 3 times per day.

REEF COMPATIBILITY – No. This species cannot be trusted with stony or soft corals, zoanthids, or anemones.

CAPTIVE CARE – The Latticed Butterflyfish is easy to maintain in a peaceful community tank, but needs numerous hiding places. Coloration will not brighten until the specimen is fully acclimated, feeding properly, and free from stress.
