My LMB poops so much the front sanded of my tank is just covered in green turds (sorry if that was graphic). Will sandbed feeders such as sifting star and nassarius snails clean this up? Will having better angled flow to get it up to the skimmer/mechanical filtration work too?

I vote better flow. I had this issue with my turbo snail's poop. it was EVERYWHERE. Got better flow going and now my sand is back to being "turdless". ;)

Yes, flow. Same with my tailspot blenny, and my trochus snails, so I increased flow in the areas where they were accumulating. Now they just get whisked away by the flow (lol)
