How long has he been like this, is he eating, have you seen any spots or other symptoms of disease?

I cannot tell if his eating or not, Should I put him in a box and monitor him, his so tiny I have 7 Clownfish’s Moca and frost bite I think

I am having hard time with my clownfish they’re frostbite is not getting alone with moca
