Leather coral ID?

I just picked this leather up from my LFS, it looks like it might be a sinularia but what's throwing me off are all the polyps on the "stalk" or the "base" of it. Let me know what you think!

I'll update with more pics once it's fully open.

Hey. I have lots of Kenya trees already and this definitely is not one, thanks for the suggestion though! I wish more people would chime in!
finger leather would be my second guess. but still want to stick with kenya tree. just seems the polyps are retracted.
 
It is almost definitely some type of sinularia, just the amount of polyps on the trunk seems a bit unusual.

yeah, originally that's what made me second guess my ID. could be morphing? definitely continue to observe :)
 
Someone locally said they think it might be a large, upset cespitularia. I think they might right!
I will second the cespitularia too. Looks like it was a massive chunk of cespitularia that has gone through some rough times. I would dose iodine supplements to help with the recover. The coral is definitely stressed but looks in good enough shape to bounce back to normal.
