LED array help

Guys, there aren't any quality lighting fixtures here; instead, I created this kind of arrangement.

25 blue, 25 royal blue, 3 pink, 5 green, 8 cool white, 2 warm white, 6 cyan, 5 UV
Is this power LED array good for soft applications?
What should I do to cool it down?

I think it would help to know what LED's you chose, what driver(s) you're using, and what the total wattage of the system would be over what size tank

do you have access to aliexpress or similar marketplace in turkey? reef led bars are probably your best bet and are pretty cheap especially if straight from china

There's a $30 limit on AliExpress in Türkiye, that's why I can't find any information.
It's a strange country; you can't really buy products from AliExpress anymore. The government has imposed restrictions and is telling people to shop from Turkish websites instead. My budget doesn't allow for products like Ecotech or Kessil.
